Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Chesterfield, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and providing companionship. Free training is offered to qualified applicants; certification is welcome but not required.
Qualifications

- Clear English communication is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between clients.
- Prefer applicants with caregiving certification or training when available.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run errands and accompany to appointments as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor overall safety at home.

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.
To qualify, you must:
Work at least 20 hours per week
Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
- Running essential errands and grocery shopping
- Providing medication reminders
- Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Professional and respectful
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Strong with organization and time management
- Committed to client safety and confidentiality
- Able to provide reliable transportation
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
