Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care for seniors in Conway, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours and varied day options.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days, with training available to qualified applicants and opportunities to balance life with

Qualifications

• Caregivers needed to provide quality in-home care to seniors.
• No formal certification required, though HHA/CNA is welcome.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals according to client needs and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Observe client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home for clients.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands And Grocery Shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
