Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Deerfield, MA and surrounding communities. PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker roles available with flexible schedules and 8- to 12-hour shifts.
Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with pay based on experience and certifications. A $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days is offered for qualified new caregivers working at least 20 hours weekly with no unexcused absences.

- Provide medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
Running essential errands and grocery shopping
Providing medication reminders
Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
We are looking for caregivers who are:

Committed to client safety and confidentiality
Able to provide reliable transportation
HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
