Job summary

Right at Home Langhorne is seeking Experienced Caregivers to join our team in Langhorne, PA. Earn $15.00 - $17.00 per hour with weekend pay differential and various bonuses. We offer flexible schedules, same-day pay, and a supportive environment focused on kindness and respect for your time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional home care experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with personal care tasks.
• Comfort working with elderly and disabled clients, including mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Care for elderly or ill clients in their home.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, shopping and errands, companionship.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Primarily work at the client’s home; some travel may be required.
• Willingness to work with hospice patients and clients with dementia or Alzheimer's.

Job Description:

Pay Rate $15.00 - $17.00 per hour plus weekend pay differential

Shifts: ALL SHIFTS- 4-12 hours long FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Location: Langhorne, PA and surrounding areas

Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver for Elderly

• Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person.

• Responsibilities may include light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and running errands, companionship, and assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

• Primarily work in the client's place of residence.

• Travel is required.

• Shift times, days and activities vary with client needs.

• Be willing to work with Hospice patients

• Alzheimer's and Dementia Experience a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, insured automobile, and personal transportation

• Minimum 1 years of professional home care experience

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate required

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job

• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick

• Enjoy spending time with seniors!

• TB test- PPD or QuantiFERON (both within the past year) or Chest X-ray (within the past 5 years)
