FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Arizona to provide high-quality resident care in a clean and safe environment. The RN will develop and implement nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role involves documenting medication administration, supervising staff to follow safety regulations, and performing duties per facility policies.

Formación

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Prior experience in a nursing community preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medication.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and all tasks comply with state and government regulations.
• Follow procedures for use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
