Job summary

SATCON Inc's client seeks a D365 CRM Functional Consultant for a 24+ month contract across multiple locations, including Washington, DC. The role covers requirements analysis, customization, and leading design discussions with business and technology teams.

You will design and execute test scenarios, perform end-to-end testing, and coordinate UAT, ensuring CRM configs, workflows, reports and integrations meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM Sales.
• Expertise in customization and configuration of CRM.
• Ability to analyze and map requirements to Dynamics capabilities.
• Proficient in preparing functional documentation for CRM projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and design discussion skills.
• Experience designing and executing CRM test scenarios and cases.
• End-to-end functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Familiar with defect tracking and issue resolution processes.
• Collaborates with business and tech teams to clarify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design discussions with business users and tech teams.
• Design, develop and execute test scenarios for CRM applications.
• Perform comprehensive CRM testing: functional, integration, regression, UAT.
• Identify, document, track and verify defects using tracking tools.
• Coordinate UAT and obtain sign-off from business users.

Job Description

• Must have 10 years of experience on Dynamics CRM Sales
• Must have experience on Customization and Configuration
• Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a rewuirement with dynamics
• Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation
• Must be able to work directly with client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
• Design, develop and execute test scenarios, test cases and test scripts for CRM applications
• Perform end to end functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, track and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with required stake holders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure Test Coverage for CRM customization, configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards and integration
• Support UAT executions and coordinate with business users for sign off

Prepare test execution reports, defect metrices and quality status updates
