Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency calls and gather patient and incident information.
• Confirm location, callback number, and access details.
• Determine response priority and coordinate ambulance resources.
• Provide protocol-based instructions when applicable.
• Relay information to responding personnel and document call processing.
