Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in West Roxbury, MA is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients at home. Immediate openings with full-time and part-time shifts across 20–40 hours per week, including short and long shifts, weekdays and weekends.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping while following care plans and reporting changes to the care team. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in home care preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
