Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Newton, MA is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. Shifts include full-time and part-time options with short- and long-hour opportunities, plus weekday and weekend availability.

You’ll perform personal care, assist with mobility, help with meals, and offer companionship while maintaining safety and independence for clients at home. Weekly pay is offered with flexible scheduling and immediate openings.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification required.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable with good communication.
• Able to work independently in a client’s home and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
