SYNERGY HomeCare in Hanover, MA is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a range of shifts from 20 to 40 hours per week, including first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
