SYNERGY HomeCare in Medfield, MA is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts, including first and second shifts, with weekday and weekend availability, are available to fit your schedule.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, follow care plans, and communicate changes to the care team. Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification and reliability are required; caregiving experience preferred.
