Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Brookline, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate care in clients' homes. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for different shift lengths and work arrangements.

Position includes $20 to $23 per hour with 20–40 hours per week across full-time and part-time roles, including short-hour and long-hour shifts, first and second shifts, and weekday or weekend options. Immediate openings in Brookline.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and help with feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home
• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine
• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team
