Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and assists with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This full-time position offers a rotating 36–40 hour week, weekend rotation, and requires AR State X-Ray License; ARRT certification is preferred. BLS is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out procedures.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and basic medical history.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure patient safety and shielding.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and develop films.
• Maintain documentation for patient visits and procedural steps.
