Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR seeks experienced ARRT radiology or Limited License X-ray Techs to join a busy urgent care team. The role includes performing radiology procedures, patient positioning, room setup, and supporting MA duties.

ARRT certification is preferred and licensure must be current in Arkansas. Full-time schedule includes 36–40 hour weeks with rotating shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required.
• AR State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the treatment process.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment and report malfunctions.
• Document patient information and vital signs accurately.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient check-in/out as needed.
• Support with patient transfers and assist procedures under supervision.
• Follow regulatory procedures for imaging quality and safety.
