Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR seeks experienced radiology professionals with ARRT radiology certification or limited license. The role involves performing x-ray exams, ensuring safety, and supporting MA duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a rotating 36–40 hour schedule, including some weekends. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, BLS, and AR state X-ray license; ARRT certification preferred, and prior medical assistant

Qualifications

• ARRT radiology tech certification or AR license as required.
• Experience in radiology procedures and patient positioning.
• BLS certification and basic patient safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them to the exam area.
• Communicate wait times and next steps in treatment.
• Assist with patient vitals, transfers, and charting per procedures.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Support front desk with patient check-in/out when needed.
• Maintain licensure and certifications for radiology equipment.
