The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare or veterinary services, a medical terminology background, and experience in a management role.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary or service industry.
• Medical background with terminology training.
• Experience managing staff or teams is preferred.
• Animal handling, restraint, sampling and monitoring skills.
• Clinical skills including phlebotomy and lab tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across shifts to support patients and staff.
• Coordinate paraprofessional staff and ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and Lead DVM for communication.
• Oversee client service, case assignments and bottleneck resolution.
• Train and mentor new paraprofessional staff.
