Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking an Urgent Care Tech to join the Urgent Care team. Under RN supervision you will perform procedures to provide emergency care for the comfort and safety of patients, contributing to the hospital's mission to care, heal and excel in service.

This role supports a collaborative team in the emergency department and offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in diverse medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or nursing student with relevant clinical rotation or one year clinical care experience
• EMT or emergency room clinical experience
• Preferred: High school diploma/equivalent
• Preferred: EKG experience
• Preferred: Phlebotomy experience
• Basic computer skills
• Crisis Prevention/Intervention

Responsibilities

• Assist under RN direction in emergency care to provide comfort and safety for patients.
• Perform procedures to support emergency care and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure efficient patient flow and safety.
