Beth Israel Lahey Health, Winchester Hospital, is hiring an Urgent Care Tech for the Wilmington location. The role supports the urgent care team under a registered nurse, delivering emergency care and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has CNA or EMT credentials, nursing student clinical exposure, and experience in ER or phlebotomy. High school diploma preferred with basic computer skills; EKG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or EMT, nursing student with one medical-surgical rotation or one year clinical care experience required
• Preferred: high school diploma/equivalent; EKG, phlebotomy and emergency patient care experience
• Licenses/certifications: CNA, EMT, MA or phlebotomist preferred

• Assist under RN in urgent care and emergency care duties
• Provide patient comfort and safety in a fast-paced setting
