Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking an Urgent Care Tech to join our urgent care team. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will perform procedures to support emergency care and contribute to a safe, efficient patient experience.

This role requires CNA or related certification, EMT or ER experience preferred, and a schedule of four 8-hour shifts with weekend/holiday rotation. Compensation ranges per the base wage policy.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
• One year clinical care experience or nursing student with rotation.
• EMT or ER clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in emergency care under RN supervision.
• Perform procedures to support patient care in the emergency setting.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and safety.
