Job summary

UCHealth Harmony Campus in Fort Collins, CO seeks a PRN urgent care professional to provide emergent/urgent patient care under supervision. This onsite role requires the ability to work days, manage flow, and support providers in examinations and procedures.

The position offers hourly pay between $21.49 and $27.94, depending on experience. A high school diploma, IV proficiency, and appropriate licensure or credentials are required, with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• IV proficiency within 6 months as per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates flow of patients to optimize throughput and informs patients of delays.
• Observes patients and notifies provider or RN in distress; assists during examination.
• Inserts Foley catheters, performs complex splinting, and venipuncture for blood draws or saline lock.
• Maintains exam/treatment rooms and supplies; orders supplies as directed.
• Operates with critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
