VillageMD in the United States is seeking a Scribe Tech to capture accurate documentation of patient visits into the EMR and assist physicians with basic patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will help manage patient flow, assist with labs, ensure DOH compliance, and provide courteous service. This on-site, full-time role offers a path toward clinical careers and values a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional bedside manner with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Capture accurate documentation of patient visits into EMR promptly.
• Assist physicians with basic patient care and procedures.
• Direct patient flow and manage lab coordination per DOH regulations.
• Ensure lab compliance and maintain supplies and cleanliness.
