Job summary

VillageMD is seeking a dedicated Scribe to document patient visits in the EMR, assist physicians with common tasks, and help manage patient flow in our urgent care setting in New Jersey.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and a patient-first attitude. Shifts are full-time and on-site, with opportunities to gain exposure to CNA/MA/EMT pathways and medical training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, patient-centric approach.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced urgent care environment and follow DOH rules.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits into the EMR promptly.
• Assist physicians with basic patient care and procedures as directed.
• Direct patient flow, manage labs, and ensure DOH regulatory compliance.
