Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• BSN degree or enrollment within 6 months of hire and completion within 3 years.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Prior ER experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and care in the EMR.
• Triage and coordinate with the care team to manage patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about disease and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate home services when needed.
