City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Urgent Care PRN Night shift to support patient care across the continuum. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, triage urgent issues, and coordinate with the provider team to ensure timely interventions and quality outcomes.

The role requires a valid RN license, BSN or enrollment within 6 months, and BLS/ACLS certification, with prior ER experience preferred. PRN nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• BSN degree or enrolled within 6 months of hire and completed within 3 years from hire date.
• BLS & ACLS certification required; AH A certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Prior ER experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in urgent care setting and coordinate patient plans.
• Assess, plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Document assessment, interventions, and toxicity in the EMR promptly.
• Triages patient needs and collaborates with the provider team.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate care with care team.
