Kaiser Permanente seeks an experienced Staff Registered Nurse (RN) III in Georgia. The role focuses on patient-centered care, collaborating with the Health Care Team to ensure safe, high-quality services. The RN will lead in emergencies, document comprehensively, and mentor new staff within a multi-site system.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of RN experience, a Georgia license, and is committed to ongoing education. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum three (3) years of current RN clinical experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in area of specialty.
• Associates degree in nursing; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Georgia RN License required at hire; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health status and develop, implement, and evaluate a nursing plan of care.
• Document patient data and actions per policies.
• Lead nursing response to medical emergencies and participate in care coordination.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient during and after procedures.
• Provide patient and family education and health counseling.
