Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) III in Georgia. The role centers on an integrated nursing model, placing patients and families first and collaborating with the Health Care Team to ensure high-quality, safe, effective care.

Responsibilities include leading care coordination, emergency response, documentation, and patient education while working across two sites as part of a regional team. An Associate degree in nursing is required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of current RN clinical experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in area of specialty.
• Associates degree in nursing; High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Uses the nursing process to assess health status, set goals, and develop care plans.
• Completes POE and addresses care gaps during patient encounters.
• Documents patient data, actions, and responses according to policy.
• Assists with procedures and monitors patients during and after procedures.
• Leads nursing response to medical emergencies and coordinates with the health care team.
• Provides education, counseling, and health teaching to patients and families.
