Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Redmond Urgent Care Clinic team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients and ensures compliance with care standards.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop and maintain clinic protocols. The role also directs the non-physician clinical team and educates patients and families on health topics, disease prevention and chronic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of recent ambulatory clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop and maintain clinic protocols, policies and procedures.
• Provide direction to the non-physician clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management.
