Responsibilities

• Follows Urgent Care workflow protocols to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Explain radiologic examinations, EKGs and phlebotomy tests to patients to reduce apprehension.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality per policy.
• Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to obtain optimum images.
• Transfer images to PACS for physician review.
• Perform EKG leads and tracings, label and file in medical records.
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies; provide coverage as needed, including weekends and holidays.
