NextCare Urgent Care in Virginia is seeking a Radiology Technician (RT) or PTR/LSO/LMRT/LSRT to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will perform radiology duties within scope of practice, assist providers, and support patient care in urgent care settings.

The role requires a high school diploma and a radiology diploma/certificate, or equivalent experience, plus current CPR certification. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and full- or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of high school diploma and a radiology diploma/certificate or equivalent experience.
• License: Certified Radiology Technician (RT) or PTR/LSO/LMRT/LSRT per state rules.
• Certification: CPR certification from recognized authorities.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology duties within scope of practice and policies.
• Assists providers with exams and patient care under supervision.
• Administers medications per policy and follows safety protocols.
• May collect urine for testing and assist with splinting or casting.
• Conducts physicals and other urgent care duties as assigned.
• Notifies provider and clinic manager of unusual events and safety concerns.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR and adheres to accreditation policies.
