AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Staff Physician for our Urgent Care to provide medical care for non-life-threatening conditions. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various medical conditions while ensuring high-quality care.

The position requires an MD/DO, CA license, residency completion, and ongoing CME; board eligibility or certification within 18 months is expected. BLS or higher certification is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Unrestricted California medical license required.
• Board certification in chosen specialty or board-eligible with plan to become certified within 18 months.
• Residency completed in an appropriate field.
• Ongoing CME to stay current with medical advances.
• Minimum valid BLS certification or higher.
