American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a physician to provide high-quality patient care at our Stamford location. The role involves directing staff in patient care and ensuring accurate medical records during shifts.

The position requires board eligibility or certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ER/UC experience, a current medical license, and the ability to multitask independently. Franchised practice variation may apply.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible – ER, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine (w/ER or UC experience).
• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsabilités
