American Family Care (AFC) is a leading primary and urgent care network offering walk‑in services seven days a week. The Provider collaborates with staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction across AFC centers, including franchised locations.

The role requires current PA or NP licensure, board certification, and the ability to perform comprehensive assessments, with compensation in a competitive range and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Board certification as ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA preferred.
• Active PA/NP license in the state of practice; DEA and controlled substances credentials required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take complete health histories and review patient records.
• Formulate diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Provide emergency measures and stabilization as needed.
• Interpret patient data to determine status and treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health care and prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
