Job summary

Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) is recruiting dedicated physicians to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an acute care setting. TAUC operates across 35+ locations in the Greater St. Louis region, delivering fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare since 2008.

Qualifications

Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with pediatric experience) preferred.
Licensed in state of practice.
Experience with suturing and abscess I&D.
Experience reading X-rays and EKGs.
Clinical experience in emergency/urgent/ambulatory care highly preferred.
ACLS and PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting.
Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
Perform procedures including EKG interpretation, X-ray interpretation, abscess I&D, splinting, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration.
Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team.
Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.
Work with a dynamic team and scribes to optimize patient flow.
