Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physicians to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas.

Opportunities span across Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and nearby communities, offering full-time or part-time flexibility to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative urgent care environment with strong clinical and operational

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Texas license.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat all ages.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Willing to work weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care.
• Collaborate with Baylor Scott & White and NextCare teams.
• Participate in scheduling across locations.

Education

MD/DO and Texas license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Active DEA registration

Active BLS certification

Ability to treat all ages

Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills

Willingness to work weekday/weekend/holiday shifts

DOT certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience interpreting initial X-rays prior to radiology over-read
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
