Integrative Emergency Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care with strong clinical and operational support. New graduates are welcome.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Texas NP or PA license or eligibility.
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are welcome to apply.

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas. With opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and surrounding communities, APPs can explore positions that align with their preferred location, schedule, and career goals. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate beginning your career, IES offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative urgent care environment with strong clinical and operational support.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols

• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong patient education, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
