Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) seeks dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations across Texas. Opportunity to work across Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Central Texas with strong clinical and operational support.

Graduate NPs and PAs are welcome; TX license or eligibility, national certification, DEA and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate NP or PA with licensure in Texas.
• Active license or eligibility to obtain TX NP/PA license.
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline.
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all ages.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas. • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong patient education, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
