Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations across Texas. Opportunities span Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Central Texas, with flexible schedules and strong clinical support.

New graduates are welcome. Applicants should hold an NP/PA degree, Texas license or eligibility, DEA, BLS, and relevant certifications, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain.
• National certification appropriate to the provider's discipline.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within applicable scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols.
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Strong patient education, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
