Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas. With opportunities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and surrounding communities, physicians can explore positions that align with their preferred location, schedule, and career goals. Qualifications & Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Texas medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across all age groups
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Willingness to work applicable weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts based on location needs
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (certification fees covered)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience
• Proficiency in common urgent care procedures
• Experience interpreting initial X-rays prior to radiology over-read
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
