Job summary

American Family Care Old Bridge is looking for a full-time Physician Assistant to provide urgent care services across multiple locations in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of urgent care cases.

Qualifications include a valid New Jersey PA license, NCCPA certification, and preferably over 2 years of urgent care or emergency experience. The position offers competitive compensation between $72–$85 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Experience managing patients independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with a broad range of urgent care presentations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Skills

Emergency Department experience

Excellent communication skills

Patient-service skills

Proficiency with urgent care procedures

Ability to travel between locations

Education

Current Physician Assistant license in New Jersey

NCCPA certification
