Job summary

American Family Care is looking for a full-time Physician Assistant to work across locations in Old Bridge, Milltown, and Freehold, NJ. The ideal candidate should be confident in practicing independently in a high-volume urgent care setting and comfortable managing various medical presentations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, performing medical assessments, and maintaining electronic medical records. Candidates should possess a current New Jersey license and NCCPA certification, with a preference for those holding 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department or Urgent Care preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills are essential.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
