Job summary

American Family Care Old Bridge is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to serve as a float provider across its locations in Old Bridge, Milltown, and Freehold. Candidates should be confident clinicians who can practice independently in a high-volume urgent care environment.

The role requires evaluating and managing a variety of urgent care cases, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care is preferred. Compensation ranges from $72 to $85 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience is preferred.
• Comfortable evaluating diverse patient presentations across all age groups.
• Ability to perform common urgent care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive health measures.
