Job summary

Providence is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide receptionist and clerical support across three Urgent Care locations in Spokane Valley. This per diem role will help schedule patients, gather documentation, and coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.

The PCC will handle prior authorizations when necessary, work to promote teamwork, and reflect Providence's mission of compassionate, patient-focused care across the network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• At least 6 months in office or medical office setting preferred.
• At least 6 months EMR/Practice Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and arrange appointments.
• Obtain required documentation for visits.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure continuity.
• Prepare and process prior authorizations when needed.
