Job summary

Description

A Patient Care Coordinator provides a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of the clinics. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. Position performs prior authorizations when necessary. A PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility. This position is per diem and will be assisting all three of our Urgent Care locations. PMP in Spokane Valley Hawthorne in North Spokane and South Division in Downtown Spokane. Required Qualifications

• Customer service-related experience.
