Qualifications

• Customer service-related experience.
• 6 months of Office or medical office.
• 6 months of Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and obtain necessary documentation.
• Coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform prior authorizations when necessary.
