Job summary

Providence is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) on a per diem basis to support three Urgent Care locations in Spokane Valley, North Spokane, and Downtown Spokane. This role blends receptionist duties with clerical tasks, focusing on scheduling patients, collecting documentation, and coordinating care to ensure continuity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 6 months of Office or medical office experience preferred.
• 6 months of Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and coordinate care to ensure continuity.
• Obtain documentation and necessary authorizations.
• Coordinate care across three Urgent Care locations.
