Carbon Health is seeking urgent care clinicians (PA/NP) to join a nationwide network on a part-time or full-time basis. Clinicians will provide patient-centered care in urgent care settings, with strong clinical support from a national team.

Compensation includes a base salary with productivity bonuses, weekend/holiday differential, and a 2% 401(k) match, alongside comprehensive benefits and paid time off. CARBYOS is used to streamline EHRs and documentation.

Formación

• Physician Assistant requires Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner requires RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Triaging and managing patients to maintain clinic flow.
