Job summary

Carbon Health in Santa Clara is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a nationwide network. This part-time or full-time clinician role offers flexible scheduling, a comprehensive rewards package, and opportunities to work across multiple markets with credentialing in various locations.

You will perform assessments, diagnostics, procedures, and coordinate care with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• PA: Medical/Master’s degree with state license and national certification.
• NP: RN license, NP certification, and state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (x-ray, labs, EKG).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splints).
• Collaborate with network of clinicians for patient outcomes.
• Triage patients to maintain clinic flow (4–5 per hour).
