Job summary

Carbon Health in San Jose, California is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. This part-time or full-time position offers a dynamic, clinic-based environment with access to a nationwide network and supportive leadership.

You will conduct assessments, diagnose, order tests (labs, x-rays, EKGs), and perform urgent care procedures. A valid PA license with national certification or NP license, DOT and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active PA license with national certification.
• NP license with NP certification and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&D, splints).
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of clinicians and supervisors as needed.
