NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time clinician for the Night Shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role features three 12‑hour night shifts per week with a nightly premium of $75–$95 per hour plus bonuses.

You will provide urgent care services to a diverse patient population in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Ideal candidates bring AZ NP or PA licensure, board certification or eligibility, active DEA, BLS, EHR proficiency, and DOT willingness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

NIGHT SHIFT Opportunity

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Status: Full‑Time

Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts per week; NIGHT SHIFT 12:00pm -- 12:00 AM | Standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM -- 12:00 AM, seven days a week

Compensation: Night Premium $75--$95/hour (based on experience) + bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our night shift team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast‑paced, well‑supported urgent care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA
• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
• PA: NCCPA certification
• NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Active BLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience
• Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
• Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read
