Job summary

NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time clinician for the Night Shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role features three 12‑hour night shifts per week with a nightly premium of $75–$95 per hour plus bonuses.

You will provide urgent care services to a diverse patient population in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Ideal candidates bring AZ NP or PA licensure, board certification or eligibility, active DEA, BLS, EHR proficiency, and DOT willingness.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ NP or PA license.
• Board certification or eligibility (FNP for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to treat all ages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs/imaging).
• Perform urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing).
• Communicate diagnoses and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document care in EHR.
• Code and bill services.
• Maintain productivity per urgent care benchmarks.
